t Pilgrims may apply to any one Walk listed as ‘open’ on the Emmaus Calendar on this website. Also listed is the postmark cut-off date for applications (if it’s going to be close, please contact the Registrar at walkregistrar@ncnec.org).
t New Rule! In fairness to Conference Room and Background Teams, a Walk will not go forward unless there are at least twelve Pilgrims registered by the Monday before the Team Weekend (Registrar has applications in-hand). The ’12 by’ dates are shown on the Emmaus Calendar.
t Don’t forget to fill out and include the Sponsor’s Commitment page with the Pilgrim Application. It’s a good idea to make a copy of the complete application before putting it in the mail.
