Please note the Pilgrim application now contains a Sponsor’s commitment page that is to be turned in to the Registrar with the rest of the application. In it, the Sponsor agrees to fulfill important sponsorship duties. This page has been included to insure a common understanding of minimum Sponsor responsibilities. Application Rule Changes (posted 2Nov07): Beginning with the 2008 Walks, Pilgrims will be able to apply for any one Walk that is listed on the Community Calendar on this website (included will be the current Walk status: Open, or, Filled, or, Waiting list only). Also changing is how the cut-off date for submitting Pilgrim applications is administered. Beginning with the 2008 Walks, applications must be Postmarked at least sixteen days before the start of the Walk. (In the past, the cut-off date was tied to the date the Registrar received the application.) Walk listings will now include the cut-off dates. Please see page 7 of the Fall/Winter 2007 newsletter for more information. |
