Last weekend a spirit filled Boy’s Flight was held at Carson Valley United Methodist Church in Gardnerville, Nevada. Six young men went from Chrysalises to Butterflies!

The Girl’s Flight is on for next weekend, July 24-27, and has 11 (and counting) young women signed up. ADULTS ARE NEEDED FOR BACKGROUND WORKERS!!! If you can help, please get in touch with the Lay Director for the Flight, Career Walker at
THE PRAYER SCROLL HAS MANY OPENINGS!!!!! Please go to the website now at ncnec.org. Click on Prayer Vigils (Wheel and Scroll) and follow the prompts to sign up for one or more slots. SHOW THESE YOUNG WOMEN HOW MUCH WE CARE ABOUT THEM BY SIGNING UP TO PRAY FOR THEM, THE CONFERENCE ROOM AND BACKGROUND TEAMS.

Don’t Forget: The Community Wide Welcoming Gathering will be held August 9th in Truckee. Everyone will be welcome. Truckee is likely to be one of the coolest places in California and Nevada in August. It will be a great getaway, with food (potluck), fellowship, information, music and worship.
