The local community is exceedingly grateful to the sponsors whose efforts resulted in the addition of forty pilgrims and eighteen caterpillars to the Northern California-Nevada Emmaus Community this year—the largest number in quite a few years.  And, thirteen pilgrim applications have already been received for the October 16-19 Women’s Walk in Fallon.  Just three more and that Walk will be confirmed.

But, more applications are needed for the October 2-5 Men’s Walk in Fallon, and time is running out.  If you’ve “been working on it,” please be aware an important date for filing applications is next Monday,  Sptember 8.  Please send them to Emmaus, c/o Karen Shumway, 487 Bullion Mine Court, Lincoln, CA  95648, or email them to walkregistrar@ncnec.org.  Applications are on the website, www.ncnec.org.
